In order to enroll and start receiving your benefits for being a Union Member, please contact our Main Office for a “Blue Membership Application Form”. You may contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can click here and submit your application online.
If you choose to mail your membership card, please fill out both sides of the card and mail it to our Main Office at 3600 Red Road, Suite 405; Miramar, FL 33025.
Your Membership Application will be reviewed and forwarded to the next Board of Directors’ Meeting where a vote on your application will be held. If approved by the Board of Directors, your membership application will be processed for dues deduction with the appropriate municipality (County or City). You will receive a welcome letter from the President Greg Blackman, as well as, a Union Card.
Membership Dues is Twenty one dollars bi-weekly ($21 Bi-weekly).
